The City of Carthage is currently accepting sealed bids for the annual asphalt paving contract, within and for the City of Carthage. Bid specifications and project information may be obtained from the office of the Street Superintendent, 623 E. 7th St., Carthage.
Sealed bids must be submitted or faxed (Fax Number 417-237-7002) to the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 326 Grant St., Carthage, MO 64836, no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 2nd, 2026. The City retains the right to refuse any or all proposals submitted.
