As the season of gratitude approaches, the City of Carthage is inviting residents to help make a difference in the lives of local families through its Thanksgiving Food Drive.
Community members are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items by Friday, November 21, 2025, at any of the following drop-off locations: City Hall, Fire Station 1, Parks & Recreation Department, Police Department, or Public Works.
All donations will be delivered to Crosslines Ministries, where they will be distributed to families in need ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Residents are encouraged to spread the word and contribute what they can, whether it’s canned vegetables, boxed stuffing, pasta, or other shelf-stable items.
Together, let’s make this Thanksgiving season one of giving, kindness, and community spirit right here in America’s Maple Leaf City.
